You will have a highly personalized experience where you will feel seen, known, and understood regardless of where you are at on your health journey. No more fad diets or binge-restrict cycles. You will regain confidence in understanding the unique body that God has given you.

Type 1 Diabetes
Coaching women with Type 1 Diabetes is my specialty. Why? Because I have walked through life with diabetes for 22 years. Over the last 4 years however, I have found freedom. Balanced blood sugars and a good meal can coexist. You can enjoy experiences with your friends without your blood sugar being high the entire time. You can do diabetes without the anxiety and overwhelm. You can be yourself and not let diabetes get in the way. If this is something you are interested in, lets chat.
Women’s Health
Women’s health is my passion. I was a Labor and Delivery nurse for 4 years and If there was one thing that is for sure, women are created to do hard things. You can probably carry 20 things in your hand, do your makeup in the car, and get your kid to school on time. You can bear the pain of painful periods every single month and still show up to your responsibilities. You can experience insulin resistance and weight gain despite having every healthy habit in the book. Women were made to do hard things. But here’s the thing, you weren’t made to do it alone.
