I’ve lived with Type 1 Diabetes for over two decades, and my journey as a former Labor & Delivery nurse sparked a deep passion for women’s health—and for making truly nourishing, delicious food. After years of battling hormone imbalances, chaotic blood sugar, and a strained relationship with food, I found healing.
